The process we follow is designed to attract and hire the right talent in the market. More than simply offering a list of potential candidates to our clients, we look at market availability, real interest level of the candidate and the reason thereof and other factors to ensure that the solution best fits both the client and the candidate.
Each Executive Search assignment is carried in three phases:

• Implementation

Planning
Introductory Assessment
Following extensive consultation with the client about their needs, we develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire organisation, its culture, general policies on compensation and benefits and finally the specific requirements that are being handled.
The Opportunity Package
The objectives of the assignment are defined and an ideal candidate profile developed. At the same time, we develop the details that accurately describes our client’s business and the opportunity and the potential growth the specific opening offers to the interested candidates.
Search Strategy
A specific search plan is drawn up, involving the experience and creativity of the consultant. This is a critical step because it defines the direction of the search. The reasons why the job is attractive are also carefully analysed.
Implementation
Initial Contact
Potential candidates are thoroughly screened for their qualifications, past performance, reasons of the motivation for the current position assessed.
A list of qualified candidates together with brief profiles is presented to the client along with recommendations of those who best meet the specifications.
Communication
Apart from detailed reports on candidates, feedback from the market is also constantly fed back to the client.

Compensation:
We actively get involved in the negotiations whenever our clients wish us to do so.
